Delhi, Dec 9 Two columns operated in Mesopotamian county, which is very difficult, against the Zibari Kurds, who attacked Zoe and Mosul on ttie 3rd November, having on ( the previous day murdered Mr Bill and Captain Scott, of the 31st Punjabis, whilst on inspection. The health of the troops is good. The casualties were insignificant, punishment for the murder was exacted, and civi administration has been restored.
