According to a Bucharest telegram the Roumanians captured a large aeroplane at Hotin in Bessarabia, which descended owing to engine trouble. The crew, comprising two German officers and three mechanics, w T ere conveying 360 million roubles for the Bolsheviks in the Ukraine, and a printing machine enabling them to print bank notes, as well as several pounds worth of jewels of all kinds. The aeroplane had been making' a regular sevrice between Germany and the Bolsheviks. Documents found leave no doubts of the insincerity of Germany towards the Entente.
