The Times’ Boston correspondent states that Senator Lodge, in a statement, says that the Senate will jjass the Treaty with reservations. “I have alwaj’s advocated peace with Germany and a League ”of Nations, but desire a victorious, honourable peace and a .‘League which does 'not sacrifice America’s constitution or sovereignty.
