United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Reuter. Received Oct. 22, 1 p.m. Loudon, Oct. 21. A Norwegian whaler has arrived from the Arctic. She is the second ship to visit the Eskimos in Cumberlaud Gulf since 1014. The natives suffered greatly during the war, being without ammunition. The subsisted for years by spearing seals and walruses. The was swept by influenza in 1918, but only four deaths occurred. When informed that Britain had won the war the natives held a joy night.
