RULES AND REGULATIONS. The Meeting will be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing. HUNTERS’ EVENTS. Any horse which has been nominated for an Open Hurdle Race or Steeplechase within the last 12 months prior to date of entry, or is so nominated at date of entry, is ineligible for Hunters’ Events. Qualified Hunters arc deemed those horses that have been regularly hunted with a recognised pack of hounds, and the Master’s certificate of qualification for the season 1919 must be produced at scales.
