BEAUTIFUL BACKS.
The beauty '“parlours” iu the West End of Loudon are full now of clients eager to improve their arms, hands, and backs. The special back treatment has arisen since the evening frock, cut almost as low as the waist, so as to expose the back com pletely, has been introduced by the dressmakers. Electric influence (says a London paper) is brought into force, with special cream and massage in order to smooth and whiten Jthe skin and improve the not invariably beautiful sight of prominent spinal vertebrae, y A Bond StreeßbeautyJspecialist says she has many customers for this form of treatment, and also for arm-modeling and whitening, to meet the no-sleeve vogue of the moment. Another demand is for manicure, to bring back to normal conditions hands roughened and coarsened by field work, and nails blunted by that and other causes of war activity.
