Per Press Association. Westport, June 20. Proceedings have been recommenced against the Millerton Miners’ Union by the Labour Department for the recovery of £2OO. The action arises out of the recent strike. It will be remembered that the action . was struck out recently hy Magistrate Stout on a technical point. The new action will he heard on Tuesday.
