The Times’ Hague correspondent says: “Yorwaerts” publishes an article headed ‘ ‘Wilhelm Come Back, 5 ’ which discloses that the panGerman League is moving in the National Prussian Assemblies to secure the return of the ex-royalties, and promising the Kaiser safe and dignified residence. “Yorwaerts” adds: Wilhelm will save the situation. His course proved right. With him restored we see the Entente, as the result of the new German revolutions, forced to recast the Peace Treaty and Wilhelm leading us to glorious times. THE KAISER FRIGHTENED. New York, June 8. The Tribune’s Amerongen correspondent, who accompanied a group of sight-seeing members of the United States army, states that the troops caused consternation to the ex-Kaiser and his entourage when they arrived in the vicinity of his castle. It was feared the American party was determined to see the Kaiser even if force was necessary to reach him. The fact was the correspondent merely sought an interview through Count Bentiuck. The correspondent wrote a note to the Kaiser, asking him to express an opinion about the Peace Treaty, President Wilson’s fourteen points, and the Allied plan to bring him to trial. The note was conveyed to the former monarch by Count Beutiuck. The ex-Kaiser sent back an oral answer refusing to he seen or to express an opinion. VISIT TO EX-KAISER. STILL A LOUD TALKER. New York, June 2. A correspondent at Amerongen states that a party of Germans visited the ex-Kaiser, who walked in the castle grounds with visitors, talking loudly. One of the visitors is believed to he Zimmerman, a former Foreign Secretary. The correspondent adds that the full text of the Allied Peace terms has reached the ex-Kaiser. PRUSSIAN MILITARISM. AN ARMY ORGANISED. New York, Jnn3 2. West Prussian troops have been organised into an army group and General Otto Von Bulow has been appointed commander.- The Eastern frontier defences are highly organised against the Poles. Peace terms, giving parts of Prussia to the Poles, have aroused militant patriotism throughout Prussia. DISORDER IN HUNGARY. ROUMANIANS AS POLICE. Paris, June 8. Tlie Council of Four is disposed to invite the Roumanians to advance on Budapest to restore order.
