GERMAN ESCAPEE ARRESTED.

Per Press Association. Auckland, Feb 25 Franz Volkner, an interned German, was missed at roll-call at tba Narrow Neck Camp last night. He was arrested in Auckland and returned to the camp by the police. It is stated he displayed Bolshevik tendencies, and had been involved in quarrels with other interned Germans recently.
