PENALTIES, — The winner of any race after tho declaration of weights may bo re-handicappad by tho handicapper, RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. —Description, ago, pedigree and name of trainer must accompany all nominations. 2. —Entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or post office order. 3. —All races to bo tun under New Zealand Rules of Racing. 4. —Any horee ineligible to start in the Trial Plate or Maiden Handicap after nominating through winning a race will bava its nominationfee returned.
