In the Bulls Town Hall next Friday night, Mr J. Franklin, an erstwhile Nelson boy, with wide Australian experience, will give one side of ihe great liquor question, namely, the “Dry” side or the argument. There is nothing, dry abont the lecture, for wherever Mr Franklin has spoken tlie words expressed appreciation of his brightness, his hnmuor, liis fine logic.
