PENALTIES, — The winner of any race after the declaration of weights may be re-handicapped by the handicapper. RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. —Description, age, pedigree and name of trainer must accompany all nominations. 2. —Entries must be accompanied by cash, cheque, or post office order, 3. All races to be run under New Zealand Bales of Racing. 4.
