Doctors are overworked and there is a great shortage of nurses. The outbreak in the South of Ireland continues to spread, with alarmingly high death rates. Some doctors are complaining of the scarcity of whisky and brandy. They assert that more spirits would save thousands of lives. The deaths include Tom Ball, the international golfer. FRESH OASES IN AUSTRALIA. Melbourne, February 24 There were ten deaths from influenza to-day.
