Per Press Association. Wellington, Febrnary 24. A letter from the captain of one of the mother ships wherein New Zealand officers and men ’of the Motor Boat Patrol passed through their qualifying courses, expresses appreciation of all the officers and ratings. Not a single instance ips recalled of anyone giving the slightest trouble. ' Admiralty officers are united in praise of the “New Zealanders’, keenness and capability. Replying to a cable of the Minister of Defence, the ‘High* Commissioner has telegraphed that he baa been in communioatio’n with the Admiralty for some time in regard to the repatriation of members of the Motor Boat Patrol and other naval rattines. He has been informed Chat New Zealanders in all branches of the naval services will be released as soon as possible." A number of motor patrol men are now on leave, awaiting transport to New Zealand.
