ALLIED TRADERS ANXIOUS. London, Feb 5 The withdrawal ef the blockade has been referred to a oommiasipn, which meets on Sunday, on which Lord Reading, Lord Robt. Cecil, and Mr Cecil Harmwsorth (Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office) will represent Britain. Allied traders are becoming anxious to renew trade with Germany, and accordingly strong pressure has been brought for a lightening of the blockade.
