SERIOUS SITUATION IN BRITIAN. LLOYO GEORGE DELAYS DEPARTURE Reuter London, Feb 20 Mr Lloyd Georgs has delayed bis departure for Paris owing to the serious Labour situation in Britain. BECOMING NORMAL IN BELFAST. London, Feb 21 The transport workers have decided to hold their hand pending the receipt of the employers’ proposals, bat they declare they regard the suggested arbitration with disfavour. The situation in Belfast is becoming normal. Many indnstries and public services have been restored. KIEL WORKERS OUT OF WORK. Amsterdam, Feb 1 Three thousand workmen at the Germania wharf at Kiel were dismissed owing to lack of employment.
