London, Feb 17 Tha Press Bureau reports that the Board of Trade has authorised under certaiu existing restrictions the resumption of trade with Turkey, including Turkey in Europe, A* 3lß Mijor, Armenia, Kurdistan. Mesopotamia, Syria and Bulgaria. Trade with Russian Black Sea ports may also be veaomed. The Department of the Overseas Trade oilers facilities to British Radars to send rapresentatives to Southern Russia in the hope of fostering trade. Several Britisn steamship lines are already arranging for the resumption of services.
