A LANTERN ADDRESS ON “THE NAVY.” MARTON TOWN HALL—THURSDAY Mr Darroch, Wellington, will’deliver an address in the Marton Town Hall on Thursday evening on the aims and objects of the Navy League and the work of the Navy. The address will be illustrated with 150 lantern slides, depicting the’work of the Navy in the Great War, The elides'form a very interesting collection of nthe various branches of the war that are carried on by the Navy, and-show in detail the splendid part our lads on the sea are playing in defending our rights. Besides being interesting the address is instructive, and school children are specially invited to attend. The Mayor will preside,- and as the price of admission is only oue shilling a bumper house is expected.
