PROTEST BY BRAND JURY. ADMINISTRATION BLAMED. London, March 3. The Grand Jury at County Clare Assiesz adopted a resolution expressing iudigation at the state of lawlessness, intimidation and outrage which had been allowed to grow up in County Clare. The resolution blamed the present Irish administration for its notorious neglect of most elementary obligations of the Government and protested , against the unfairness of the administration’s attitude towards the Irish constabulary and troops, who often were compelled passively to look on at the most illegal proceedings.

IRISH PARTY’S LEADERSHIP. MR REDMOND TO RESIGN. London, March 4. Mr Redmond is likely to resign the Irish leadership for health reasons. Mr Dillon wlil probably succeed him.
