The Daily Express Amsterdam correspondent states that the Vienna Government has announced a change ot: policy. It sanctions the AasfcroHangarian military intervention :n the Ukraine, due to the demand of Vienna’s burgomaster, who pleaded that Vienna was starving and the only hope for bio id was peace with the Ukraine. The correspondent now hears that German troops are entering the Ukraine to seize the food and the Austrians are therefore going in order to prevent the Germans from securing the food, which Austria considers- is hers.
