The committee of the Baltic Fleet have decided to prepare the ships to tight the Finnish White Guards. At the meeting of the Rangitikei County Council on Saturday, .the Olfeairman congr.it al; ted Mr Mair on being elected . as president of the New Zealand Society of Engineers..
