WAR PENSIONS.

The Minister for Defence states that information has reached him that a returned soldier with a pension for life had intimated he was going to sell his pension for £-100. The Minister states that under Section 18 of the War Pensions Act, 1915, pensions . are inalienable and adds that the law. will bo rigidly enforced.
