RECORD ENTRIES. A SUCCESSFUL SHOW ANTICIPATED. Late entries have added considerably to the total in horses and competitions, and it is Tsafe to predict that competition will he very keen in nearly every class in the schedule. Owing to the increase in entries it was found necessary to erect more accommod-tiou in both sheep and cattle classes, and a gang of men have been busily engaged this week in erecting additional pens. The work will ho completed this afternoon.
Green fodder will be provided by tbe Assom ctiou, and .also paddocking accommodation. The catering will be undertaken by tbe ladies of the Martou Patriotic Shop, ..which is - a sufficient guarantee that tbe early risers will be able to obtain a flrst-elass breakfast, and as regards the luncheon we can confidently recommend it to visitors to the Show. Besides obtaining your money’s worth, don’t forget that the funds from this source are going towards the patriotic funds.
The homo industries will be staged in the outside luncheon rooms, on account of tents being unprocurable.
