WAR INSURANCE RISKS.
CHANGE IN METHOD. London, Feb. 28. The Board of Trade has abolished the flat rates for war risks, and is now charging the actual risks of the particular voyage. Probably the change will materially reduce the rates for short voyages between eastern distant ports. It is unlikely to affect the rate between England and Australia.
