CONSTANTINE'S SCHEME.
STATE PENSION CANCELLED. Athens, Feb. 10. In view of the evidence of Constantine's pro-German propaganda among the Greeks in Asia Minor, and the arrival of Constantine’s officers to recruit Greek Ottomans for Turkish divisions in Macedonia, the Government has cancelled his pension and prohibited remittances of money to hm.
