Ho H.ysthufc the Russians have lost live million killed during the war. There h m been a dearth of medicines and clothing, and every kind of industrial machinery since 15)14, nnd tho distress among tho Russian people was unimaginable and brutal. The question is whether Germany shall organise Russia against the Allies or the Allies orguuiseE ussia against Germany.
