A DISPUTED WILL.

Wellington, Feb. 23. w Tho Chief Justice to-day gave judgment regarding tiro will of the lute eudrew Casey, of Hamilton, who left the residue of his estate of £25,(k1-5 to the Catholic church. His Honour said that under the will the church stood to benefit to the extent of £15,397,. 110 commented on the fact that nine of the children, were phyiscally strong, some even with a legacy left under the will, will bo unable to maint-Hii themselves. His Honour was of opinion that certain fixed gifts to tho church, at Hamilton, should stand and that an increase to the widow should come out of the residue. Ho further thought Unit each of the ten children should receive £SOO in addition to the sums allowed under tho will of £2OO or £3OO and that £&) ; ), accumulate interest, should be divided among tho claimants. An order was made" that the total costs should come'out of tho estate.
