WRECKAGE WASHED ASHORE.
[Per Press Association,] Gisborne, Feb. 23. The question has arisen as_ to’ whether the wreckage drifting ashore on Waiuui beach is connected with that recently found near Teararoa, which appears to be the’keel portion of a vessel. The length is 20ft to 30ft with barnacles on. It is impossible to make a comparison until low tiae.
