An analysis of the air report slipws that tho Germans on the Anglo-French and Italian fronts lost 12(! machines in four days, tho British accounting for seventy. Twelve British machines are missing. PREPARING FOR THE OFFENSIVE. GERMANS HURRYING WEST. Amsterdam, Feb. 21. Reports from Liege state that many trainloads of troops and guns have traversed Liege the last three days, going westward.
