A great uproar followed, the Czechs shouting “Down with von Seidelcr.'' THE PERIL OF PETROGRAD. THE GERMANS MILL BE THERE IN A FORTNIGHT. Petrograd, Feb. 21. Headquarters express tho opinion that if tho German northern advance continues the fate of Petrograd will be decided within a fortnight.
