RAPID ADVANCE OF THE GERMANS.
ON THE WAYTOPETROGRAD.' MARCHING ON ROVNO, London, Feb. 21. A wireless German official message says:. Wo advanced twenty kilometres astride the Riga-Petrd-grad railway. We advanced in wide sectors between Dvinsk and Lutsk and are now- marching on Rovno. Wo took prisoner 2000 and captured 100 gnus ami much rolling stock. A German wireless says; We have entered Esthonia and passed through Werner.
GERMANS STILL ADVANCING. KA PIDLY O VERRUNNING RUSSIA. Petrogrsd, Feb. 20. The German offensive continues in the direction of Vitebsk, Molodetcimo and Minsk. It is believed that Kieshitcha lias already fallen.
