FRENCH LABOUR DELEGATES.
TO LONDON CONFERENCE. FAVOUR RETURN OF COLONIES. Received Feb. 22, 10 a.m. Pans, Feb. 21. The Government is rot obstructing French delegates to tho London Inter-Allied Labour Conference. Tlie delegates have received a mandate to favour returning occupied colonies to pre-war owners, also favouring the economic open door. Tho general Confederation of Labour demands a referendum in Alsace-Lorraine under the guarantee of an International Commission.
