Mr Gardiner asked whether the Government was prepared to consider a definite offer of a reconciliation during the war period and submitted a proposal for a new Cabinet, with Brigadier General R'rio as Prime Minister. The proposed Ministry includes one Labour member. Mr Milieu promised to submit the proposal to his colleagues.
