Czech members, violently gesticulating, surrounded Seidlcr, shouting “‘Liar, resign,” finally compelling the abandonment of tire speech. Seidler indie ited that lie had the Emperor’s authority to state tl\at every Austrian Government would resist hy all means in their power any attempt to establish Home Rule for Czechs. He said tho resolution aimed at destroying the foundations of the State.
