RECEIVED FROM TWO SOURCES’ REVOLUTION IN AUSTRIA. MINISTRY REORGANISED. Received Jan. 25, 10 a.m. New York, Jan. 21. Various messages received hero state that there are rumours that a revolution has broken out in Vienna. A United Press Petrograd telegram states that the Government there announces that it has received wireless information that a revolution lias broken but in Vienna and the revolutionists reorganised the Ministry. No details are available.
A COMFORTING ASSURANCE. AMERICAN ARMY IN FRANCE. A SUBSTANTIAL NUMBER. Received Jan. 25, 10 a.m. Washington, Jan. 24. Mr Baker states that the Government’s plans for sending a large army to France are undergoing constant development. He would not discuss the number of men in France, but said we have made substantial progress. Received 25, 10 a.m. Washington. Jan. 24. Mr McAdoo says the Government urges the necessity of raising ten billion dollars bqfore. June.
