The case of one in an unusual position disclosed that the teacher, Sergt Duncan, had enlisted, gone to the front, bo came unfit--and was now doing clerical work in London. The Education Board requested that' in view of tho shortage of teachers lie be brought back and given leave to take up teaching . work again.
