Received Jau. 24, 1 p.m. London, Jan. 23. The Pre's Bureau states that a new public meals order -institutes two meatless days weekly, prohibits the consumption of milk excepting in te-, coffee and cocoa, for which persons must carry their own sugar. The Minister of Munitions'has extended orders controlling spelter to ■all zinc and compounds.
