FEILDING S.M. COURT

BEFORE MR KENDRICK S.M. "W. Penehira and W. E. Tamplin were each fined 10s with 7s cost and F. Whittiker £2 with 7s costs for failing to attend Senior Cadet parades. Trevena claim £ll 7s 2d, costs 80s Gel; John .Power v C. Kilgour, claim £2O IGs 9d, costs £2 14s; G. Wells v J. Fraider £7 14s 9d, costs 23s 6d; F. W. Stokoe v. F. Carr £2 10s, costa 10s. William Wilkinson v. H. C. Simms. This was a claim for £22 10s sd, balance alleged to be due on Dbour, material and plans for -the erection of a dwelling house at a« tot»l cost of £GO2 12s sd. The defendant objected to pay for sundry' extras.—Decision to be given at next court day.
