UKRAINE SEPARATE PEACE
AGREEMENT AWAITS RATIFICATION Ecu tar. Amsterdam, Jan. 31. An agreement has been reached at Brest Litovsk between the Central Powers and the Ukraine, where under tiie war terminates and both parties will immediately resume economic relations. The delog.tioos will consult their respective Governments to permit of the ratification of a final peace treaty.
