HALL.—Killed in action in France on Deo. Ist, Corp. John James (Jack) dearly beloved sou of S. A. Hall and the late H. E. Hall, Nelson. Aged 35 years. Main Body and 28th Reinforcement. Nameless his grave, on a battle field glory, Marked by a cross o’er a mound of brown earth, Died in the pride of his youth and his glory, Far from his home and the land of his birth, He did his duty, ho fought the fight For King and Country, for honour and right.
