GERMANY NOT YET CONQUERED. AMERICA MUST GIVE ITS ALL. VANCOUVER, Nor. 11. A message from New York states that Sir Berkley Moynihan, senior consulting surgeon of the British Army, nt a dinner given by physicians, said: ‘ ‘ Germany is stronger than ever. She will not be conquered from within. America must prepare for a war long and arduous, which will only be won when every man of military age offers himself—when your wealth, souls, find honour have been offered; when you have mourned your honoured dead by hundreds of thousands.”
