fORMESLV 8 BRiTiSH SHIP. Received Ocfc. 13, 12.40 p.m. Loudon, Oct. 12. Tho See Adler was formerly a British ship, tho Pass of Balmaha. The raider same between thirteen and sixteen vessels. Traces of her were lost after the end of February. DEVELOPING BRITISH TRADE. DISTRIBUTION OF RAW MATERIALS. Received Oct. 1:3, 12.40 p.m. London, Oct. 12. The Press Bureau announces that Mr Addison has appointed a committee to report on questions connected with the securing and distributing of raw materials required r.y British industries for rise purpose of r storin''- and developing trade, after the war.
