HAWKE'S BAY SHOW.
The Hawke’s Bay Show , which iw to be“held at Hastings on Wednesday and Thursday of next week, will b*qcute up to ibe standard of previous years. The total number of entii*s received is over 100 more than last year, and provided fine weather n experienced, visitors to the Shore are assured of having an enjoyable outing- as well as seeing some of tin* beet stock in the country, Shorthorns have always been a etronjt feature at Hawke’s Bay, but they are actually outnumbered this year by Herefords, which are represented by Messrs Lovett, Short, Moore, Jefferson (Wairoa),- Chambers and McKenzie, The Wairoa exhibitor has quire a large team in the field. Some of the dairy sorts, especially Friesians, are well represented. Hawke’s Bay is looking -remarkably well at present, and apart from the. Show altogether, visitors to Hastings next week will beg well repairtror their trouble.
