THE COMMONWEALTH LOAN.

The Australian Commonwealth loan prospectus will be issued on Friday. The final instalment of 50 par cent is payable on June 18th. Interest is payable on December Ist. It is estimated that the loan yields the investor 115 s per cent compared with the present yield of the British War Loan of 114 s 6d. The adviThced price issue, compared with the South Australian loan, is due largely to the lower bank rates and America’s entry into.the war.
