During ft debate on a proposal to adjourn the Labour Council until lifter the Fecleal elections, which was carried, Mr Rippingale (coachmakers) opposed the motion, stating that the undercurrent of the working and industrial world which had started iu New Zealand would get here shortly. From information received, they would he asked a momentous question, if cot to-night then next week or later. It would mean a bread and butter question for Australia. He could not say too much, but the Council should be in their places to answer the question, when it arrived.
