The Czir is suffering from acute neurasthenia and refuses to leave the Czarevitch’s bedside. Corresvoudeuce discovered in the
Czar’s palaces shows that members of the European Royal Families lately urged him to accede to popular demands tor constitutional retoima in the interests cf the Allied cause. The Czar’s response was not cordial.
