William Tbojpaas Burridge, who pleaded guilty in the lower court to breaking and entering, also theft of a bicycle, c«me up for sentence at the Supreme Court and was sentenced to three years and declared an habitual criminal on the first charge, and one year on the second charge, sentences to be cumulative.
