A CHILDREN’S TRAGEDY. United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Reuter. Received Oct. 28, 9 a.m. Ottawa, Oct. 27. A fire occurred at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Earn bam, nebec. Five children are dead and fifteen missing. Scores of children leaped from the windows to the pavement.
