FROM THE INSANE. DISSATISFACTION WITH HIS POLICY. Australian and Kew Zealand Cable Association. Received Oct. 21, 10.55 a.in. Nfliv York, Oct. 20. While President Wilson was motoring in the streets of Pittsburg this afternoon a man, carrying a satchel, .lumped on the running board. The police arrested him and discovered a knife and chisels in the satchel. The prisoner declared that ue was dissatisfied with the President’s foreign policy. The police believe him to be insane.
