There is fighting in the Caucasus, Halkst and Mush areas. PETITION TO THE KAISER. Received Oct. 20, noon. Amsterdum, Oct. 19. The Kaiser, in reply to Prince Sal Islam’s petition against the danger of sham monarchy and urging the dismissal of Von Hollweg, expresses his displeasure and protests that it is an unjustified attack on the Government, He refuses to receive the signatories of the petition.
